Teaching Internship Programme
Shaping futures and improving life chances for local children.
Aletheia Academies Trust are a proud partner chosen to deliver the DfE Teaching Internship Programme with our family of local schools across Kent and Medway.
Our internship offers a structured, school-based experience designed to immerse you in real classroom practice while developing your skills as a future teacher.
Supported by experienced mentors and senior leaders across our school partnership, you will observe lessons, co-teach, lead learning segments, and engage in subject-specific workshops. Through deliberate practice, reflective sessions, and instructional coaching, you will gain confidence, refine your teaching techniques, and understand the full responsibilities of a teacher.
This programme provides a clear pathway into Initial Teacher Training, helping you make informed decisions about your future career while making a tangible difference to the lives of local children. Aletheia Academies Trust is proud to be a successful delivery partner for Ofsted Outstanding providers Teach First and Best Practice Network.
Experience teaching. Develop your practice. Make a difference.
Earn while discovering your future in teaching: receive £1,365 (£455 per week) upon completion of the full 3-week internship with Aletheia.
The experts in our Central Team at Aletheia will support you to choose the right school and ITT programme to suit you. Contact growwithus@aletheiatrust.org.uk for guidance.
