Career Progression
Continuous Professional Development
At Aletheia, we have an amazing Continuous Professional Development team that provide access to training and resources to build on your career. This ranges from Kagan and curriculum training to National Professional Qualifications, enabling all staff to develop their careers and be confident in their profession.
Secondment to other schools
Experience in other settings is hard to come by in employment, but at Aletheia Academies Trust we offer opportunities to work and learn in a different environment, either in the same role or if opportunity arises, we offer the ability to step up and receive hands on experience in career developing roles.
Initial Teacher Training
At Aletheia Academies Trust, we partner with Teach First to deliver outstanding training through our School Direct programme and Hub Training Centre. We have a dedicated team who are here to help you every step of the way.
Wellbeing
School Advisory Service
SAS is a service which strives to put wellbeing at the heart of everything. Their health and wellbeing support is led by their in-house, NMC registered nurses. The service also includes GP Helpline access for all household members of the staff member insured.
Free Counselling
Mental Health is at the front of everything that we set out to achieve, and we understand that having a professional to talk to during a time of need is essential. Therefore, all Aletheia staff have access to free counselling through DAS.

Extended Annual Leave
Working Term Time has great advantages, with 13 weeks of time off annually. For our all year-round employees, annual leave entitlement is a minimum of 27 days plus bank holidays per-annual.
Free Eye Care Voucher
