Trust Choir Concert 2026: A Spectacular Night Two at Knole Academy

Following a fantastic opening evening on Tuesday, our Trust Choir Concert continued with an equally spectacular night two, held at Knole Academy.
Once again celebrating this year’s theme, ‘The Greatest Show’, pupils from across our schools took to the stage to deliver a wide range of memorable performances, each showcasing the confidence, talent and enthusiasm of our young performers.

Each school brought something unique to the stage:
- Sedley’s performed The Six 'Mega Mix'
- Ditton performed ‘I Just Can’t Wait to Be King’ from The Lion King
- Sutton-at-Hone performed ‘Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’ from Mary Poppins
- Alkerden performed ‘Any Dream Will Do’ from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
- Stone performed ‘When You Believe’ from The Prince of Egypt
- Knole Academy performed ‘City of Stars’ from La La Land
- Shorne performed ‘Mamma Mia!’ from Mamma Mia!
- Horton Kirby performed ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling!’ from & Juliet
A special highlight of the evening was a live performance from the Knole Academy band, who performed ‘There She Goes’, adding an extra dimension to the concert.

As with night one, a truly powerful moment came as all the pupils joined together in the combined choir to perform A Million Dreams, Rewrite the Stars and This Is Me from The Greatest Showman. These performances captured the spirit of the event - bringing our schools together through music.
The evening concluded with a heartfelt staff performance of ‘When I Grow Up’ from Matilda, providing a fitting and joyful end to two incredible nights of music.

We would like to thank all pupils, staff and organisers who made both evenings such a success. A huge thank you must also go to Mrs Rolfe, Headteacher at Stone St Mary’s, for organising yet another successful event. The Trust Choir Concert continues to be a wonderful celebration of collaboration, creativity and community across our schools.
